How to use?
Apply twice daily to the base of your eyelashes after washing in the morning and evening. Please wait for the eyelash serum to dry before applying other skincare or cosmetic products (e.g. mascara).
Why is it important to use eyelash serum if I wear eyelash extensions?
Our customers recognise the critical importance of nourishing and protecting their eyelashes. Artificial eyelash extensions can cause 'wear and tear' on your natural lashes and long-term damage.

Why am I not seeing any difference in my eyelashes?
Results will always vary due to differences in age, genetics, frequency of application and other lifestyle or environmental factors. Our customers typically observe initial results within 4-6 weeks. Optimal results are typically achieved within 3 months of daily application.
What if I have sensitive eyes?
Our formulation is suitable for sensitive eyes, but it is still possible that you may experience discomfort, redness or irritation.
A common cause is applying more than 1-2 strokes of serum each time. We understand that you want to see results as soon as possible, but please be patient and understand that your skin can only absorb so much in one application. Remember to wipe away any excess serum that may spread around the base of your lashes!
Generally, research has also shown that our eyes are more likely to be sensitive at night. If this applies to you, please only apply our eyelash serum in the morning when your eye's 'lacrimal glands' are most active and receptive to topical eye serums (i.e. less sensitivity).
If discomfort still persists, please reduce application frequency (which will still yield results) or discontinue use immediately.

How long do I have to wait before applying my make-up?
Please wait up to 1 minute until the serum dries before you apply make-up such as mascara.
What if I am pregnant?
Out of caution, we recommend you avoid or discontinue use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Although we trust that our product will do no harm, it is always best to be safe!
